Refund policy
One to one private yoga refunds
I'm happy to rearrange for another time, up to 48 hours before. Please get in touch to do this. If this doesn't work for you, you can cancel your one to one for a full refund up to 48 hours before the session.
The more notice I have the better for cancellations and rescheduling.
If you're feeling unwell or you have a personal emergency within 48 hours before the session, please get in touch beforehand, and it may be possible to rearrange for another time, at my discretion. I can't offer this if you are a no-show and only tell me afterwards, unfortunately.
No refunds with less than 48 hours notice. This is because I arranged my schedule around our one to one. I set the time aside specifically for you.
Individual drop in yoga class refunds
I'm always happy to move your booking to a future date, with 48 hours notice. If you're not interested in rescheduling, refunds are available up to 48 hours before class.
Having this time allows me to re-advertise the space that was reserved for you.

Block yoga class booking refunds
These are non-refundable. However, if you get in touch, at my discretion, I might be able to offer a way to transfer the remaining value to something else.
Examples can include a discount on a one to one session of the equivalent value if you needed to miss a lot, or you could attend another class, if there is one available.
Booking a block helps with motivation and commitment, and comes with an attractive discount. They are associated with a specific series of classes, and aren't transferrable to different classes.
Special event, retreat and group private hire refunds
Please see specific details for each event, as it can vary depending on the event. There may be a non-refundable deposit, and timescales for refunds can be a bit different for larger events, due to the larger commitment and planning time involved.
Yoga gift vouchers are non-refundable
Yoga gift vouchers are non-refundable, and expire within the time stated on purchase of the voucher (one year from the date of issue).
In the event a class is cancelled by me
You will be able to transfer your class credit to another session. If that doesn't suit, you will receive a full refund.
Processing fee
All of my payments come with a small processing fee. I absorb this whenever I issue a refund, so please think carefully before booking! I'd love to see you there.
