What can yoga do for you?
I was surprised at yoga teacher training by the amount of agreement for why everyone was there. Again and again, as we went around the circle, I listened to the same reason being repeated.
Could it be flexibility, strength, balance or mindset?
Sure, yoga can help with all of those, but that wasn't it, exactly.
Almost everyone said:
"Yoga makes me feel good."

Special yoga events
Experience a themed, seasonal event. Immerse yourself in a relaxing atmosphere, and be led through yoga, meditation and gratitude activities. Think of it as a mini retreat.
